Oliver Wight welcomes new associate, Neil Hill
Oliver Wight, business transformation specialist, is pleased to announce the latest appointment of a new consultant for its European, African and Middle Eastern operation, Neil Hill. With nearly 30 years’ experience in supply chain leadership, strategic thinking and change management, Hill brings a wealth of valuable industry knowledge and specialist skills to Oliver Wight.
Prior to joining the internationally renowned organisation, Hill had collaborated with Oliver Wight in his previous roles, which include Deputy General Manager and Special Projects Director at Cummins Generator Technologies. Tasked with leading a full business turnaround through the implementation of Oliver Wight’s Integrated Business Planning programme, Hill oversaw the restructure, redesign and rebuild of several sectors to facilitate a 20%+ increase in profitability in just 20 months. Having delivered multi-million-dollar savings in various roles across his varied career, Hill has demonstrated a natural talent for business improvement.

After graduating with an honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Commerce, Hills began his career at Rolls Royce, before gaining experience in a variety of leadership roles in a diverse range of different manufacturing corporations.
